Why is there a refundable training security bond? 🤔

The refundable training security bond of INR 15,000 + GST is implemented to cover training and management costs.

If a candidate leaves the position without a valid reason, this amount will be forfeited as a training cost.

Refund Conditions 💰

If a candidate is unable to meet performance parameters despite their best efforts, the full Training Security Amount of INR 15,000 will be refunded. (GST is non-refundable)

Bond Termination Conditions ⚖️

The bond can be terminated if the employee secures a similar position in a CMM Level 3 company, a government sector role, or faces critical health issues. In such cases, the full security amount will be refunded.

If the company terminates the position based on performance (full working time must be completed), the bond will also be terminated and refunded.

Other Terms 📌

When the candidate’s payroll is transferred to another company (corporate partner) on the same or higher package, the training cost will be adjusted towards training & management costs.
